You agree to provide accurate information when submitting price requests. You understand that submitting a request does not constitute a booking. A booking is only confirmed when you accept a hotel's offer and complete payment directly with the hotel.

4. Hotel Responsibilities

Hotels listed on BestPriceRoom agree to respond to requests in good faith with accurate pricing. Hotels are responsible for honoring accepted offers.

5. Privacy

Your personal contact information is only shared with a hotel after you explicitly accept their offer. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

BestPriceRoom acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for the quality of hotel services, cancellation policies, or disputes between travelers and hotels.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent requests, or misuse the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
