All personal data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption in our database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Inquiry and offer history is retained for 2 years. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. We may use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with our platform. No advertising cookies are used.

6. Third Parties

We use PayPal for payment processing (hotel subscriptions only). We do not sell your data to third parties.
